PRODUCTION
MegaShield has a full fledged, state of the art manufacturing plant & machinery capable of formulating & tinting, a multitude of Industrial paints. Protective Coats & Speciality coatings catering to variety of applications involving different service environments by different fields of industries. And the machinery muscle is adequately & appropriately manned by industry’s best resourceful brains to exploit the best out of installed facility. 

Further the custom built SAP system installed takes care of perfect production planning, execution & delivery to ultimate satisfaction of the clients on time. The maintenance of all vital machineries are entrusted to agencies on annual contract to ensure uninterrupted production. The Factory has a dedicated 125KVA Diesel Generator to provide uninterrupted power supply during the power cuts.

QUALITY CONTROL
The might of Megashield is mainly ensured by the committed, vigilant quality control department manned by dedicated & qualified personnel. The success however is not only limited to QC dept alone but largely owing to the quality awareness & discipline practiced by the entire Megashield team from top to bottom. The team’s QC effort is well supported by a fully equipped lab facility. So the quality is maintained consistent ever in all supplies.

 APPLICATOR TEAM
Megashield has a small yet experienced team of applicators who can execute any critical, demanding application by employing our hi-performance coatings technically right as per product TDS instructions and efficiently directed & monitored by our Technical Manager directly in all the Supply & Apply projects we undertake as a Manufacturer / Applicator. Besides we have tie-ups with all leading applicators across the country to effectively complete projects to total client satisfaction.
